Application
The main source of contamination in most Cleanrooms are particles brought in by personnel and materials. Nextech Air Shower series helps to effectively reduce contaminants from individuals and materials prior to their entry into the cleanroom.
Air Shower Filtration System
Air showers are self-contained recirculating unit whereby air inside the chamber is drawn through the pre-filter when the blower is energized. The air is then filtered through HEPA filter and finally forced through nozzles at high velocity into the chamber.
This HEPA filtered air jets will produce a scouring action to remove micro particles from personnel and materials. The contaminated air is drawn back into the pre-filter to restart the filtration cycle. Both doors are locked during air shower operation.
